Mr. Keatts graduated from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, where he was a member of Pi Sigma Alpha Honor Society. He proceeded to the University of Maryland School of Law to earn his Juris Doctor degree. Mr. Keatts is a Former Assistant State's Attorney for Anne Arundel County who has dedicated his practice to criminal defense and has handled thousands of cases within this decade. He is admitted to State and Federal Courts including the Supreme Court of the United States. Mr. Keatts is also an adjunct professor at Anne Arundel Community College where he teaches for the Legal Studies Institute and has been a guest speaker for the Anne Arundel County Bar Association.
